Stephen Anthony is an Executive Chef and culinary consultant with international experience across fine dining, luxury hospitality, and concept development.

 

Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, Stephen trained professionally before building a career that spans Michelin-level kitchens, five-star hotels, luxury cruise lines, and diverse culinary environments worldwide. His work is grounded in classical technique, elevated by global influence, and driven by a passion for thoughtful, guest-focused dining.

 

Stephen specialises in restaurant pre-openings, kitchen and menu development, and bespoke culinary concepts. He works closely with owners and teams to create kitchens that are both creatively ambitious and operationally sound.

 

He is currently based in Mallorca, where his focus is on seasonal ingredients, refined execution, and memorable dining experiences. Stephen Anthony has now brought his extensive culinary experience to the private villa environment, creating bespoke dining experiences for guests seeking restaurant-quality cuisine in the comfort of their own homes.
